Jesuits: the brand of a symbol

In 2014 the Society of Jesus celebrates the 200th anniversary of its reconstitution, after its suppression in the 18th century. Surely an important event, definitely an occasion to reflect on the present and the future of the Society, going beyond the symbolic value of the celebration in itself.
Inarea has offered a contribution, joining this reflection, and redesigning the brand identity of the Province of Italy and the logo for the celebrations. The historical symbol, a Sun bearing a cross, three nails and the trigram JHS (the Holy Name of Jesus ), chosen by St. Ignatius of Loyola, was thus redesigned, giving life to a new brand identity.
